Suzanne Sumner began investing in real estate in 1986 and has ultimately come to combine her extensive experience and skills with her passion for finding people the home of their dreams. Suzanne Francois Sumner was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area community of San Jose and attended San Jose State University. She then embarked on an impressive career in retail management gaining extensive experience in sales and marketing. The skills she developed in staging product for sale and preparing displays contributed to her continuous performance as a top producing manager. During her years as a store manager Suzanne not only directed the day to day operations of several multi-million dollar businesses but devised and implemented product presentation methods that made her one of the top producer in the industry. It was during this time that she perfected her innate abilities to see past what a house is and envision what a home could become with appropriate and tasteful furnishing and fixture modifications. Skills that served her well when buying and selling her own real estate.
